Project Description

CONCEPTUALLY INSPIRED BY TIGER SHRIMP PATTERNS.

RÄKOR pavilion IS composed of 475 CUSTOM hexagonal panels that are 3D printed using Branch Technology's freeform fabrication method. These panels can be arranged in a variety of ways to create a unique, organic form that is both structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing. The use of 3D printing technology allows for the creation of complex, highly detailed geometries that would be difficult or impossible to achieve using traditional construction methods. Additionally, the organic parametric design approach can be adapted to respond to specific site conditions, such as sunlight and wind patterns, to optimize energy efficiency and user comfort.
